This client had built up a business supply company with good old sweat equity and lots of handshakes. We started working together to take the business online, streamline operations, and set the stage to reach $10 million ARR.

Projects included building out the Shopify Plus store, including loading and optimizing a product catalogue of over 500 items and growing. I also set up email automations, connected to additional marketplaces, advertising, content creation and business development workflows.
